The principle of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Prerequisite Programs on food safety shall be applied at all levels of our operations to ensure that high quality of products and services are offered in safe and controlled environments. Detailed procedures and food safety responsibilities for all levels of staff are contained in the food safety management system manual of the company.
