Warehouse
We have one warehouse each for raw and packaging materials and for finished goods which occupies a floor area of 1078 sq meters and 1827 sq meters, respectively.
The warehouses are insulated and equipped with adequate exhaust for heat control.
The finished goods warehouse is installed with drive-in and selective racking system with a total of 675 pallet positions.
We use (3) reach trucks and one (1) counter balance battery operated forklift for transporting and receiving of packaging and raw materials.
Laboratory
We have an in-house laboratory which is divided into two areas namely physico-chemical laboratory and microbiological laboratory. The facility is separated and does not open directly to the production/ processing area. The laboratory uses methods and equipments which are suitable for the tests performed complying with Good Laboratory Practices.

Blending & Bagging
We have a blending facility from Singapore, which consists of a one (1) ton ribbon type blender and a one (1) ton surge hopper that is capable of blending dry powder for a maximum of 30 tons per day, depending on the product type.
The blending facility is equipped with a semi-automatic bagging unit that can bag 25 kg powder at a time.
The Blending room is temperature and humidity controlled and is maintained as a clean room.
Filling & Packing
We have two Filling lines with a combined capacity of eight hundred (800) metric tons per month, depending on pack size formats.
Milk Powder is sifted through the automatic vibro energy filter and separator machines from Singapore, using 3x3mm mesh size sifter screen and is packed by automatic Form/Fill/ Seal machines from Wolf of Germany which can pack pillow pouch, chain packs, and stand-up pouch (SUP) formats of pack sizes ranging from 30 grams to as much as 1.5 kilograms.
Each filling line has an in-line checkweighing system from Wolf of Germany to ensure packed weights are correct.
We also have two (2) semi-automatic cartoning machine from Nordale of Canada to pack pouches into Inner boxes.
Other equipments include Taping machines, Inkjet printers, and Case coders.
